COVID-19 HEALTH AND SAFETY

Face masks must be worn in the salon at all times.

REFUSAL TO WEAR A MASK WILL RESULT IN YOUR APPOINTMENT BEING MARKED AS A NO SHOW AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED 30%OF YOUR BOOKED SERVICE.

You will be required to fill in a COVID-19 declaration form as well as a client record form (if we do not receive these form back by the morning of your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 30% of your booked service)

DO NOT ENTER THE SALON UNTIL IT IS TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT OR INVITED IN BY A MEMBER OF STAFF

You will be required to use hand sanitizer upon entering the salon.

If you are unwell with a cough/cold/fever or high temperature, no matter how mild, please contact us to rearrange your appointment

If you attend your appointment and show any of the above symptoms, you will be asked to leave immediately.

WE NO LONGER ACCEPT WALK IN APPOINTMENTS. (you are more than welcome to book on the day using our online booking system or by phone)

We do not accept cash payments.  All payments must be made by card or bank transfer.

DO NOT BRING FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO YOU APPOINTMENT

 

Appointments

In consideration of our other customers and stylists-

 

Please ensure that you book your appointment for all the required services so that your appointment is given the correct time needed.

Last minute changes (less than 24 hours notice) to appointments will be classed as a late cancellation and will be charged a fee at 10% of the cancelled service.

Prior to keeping your appointment, please make sure that you have removed any hair extensions/braids or weaves. Not doing so may result in additional charges as the stylists may not be in able to attend to their next appointment on time.

 Please arrive with your hair detangled so that your hair services can begin on time. You will incur additional charges if your hair is not detangled.

 

Rescheduling, Cancellations and No shows

We require a minimum of 24 hour’s notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

You will be charged a 10% cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.

If you do not attend your appointment you will be charged a 30% no show fee.

 

Lateness

Please inform us if you are running late.

Customers who are late will be given a (10) ten minute grace period, any time after this will result in a £5  late fee, if you are more than 20 minutes  late your appointment may be cancelled.

 

Relaxers

Virgin Relaxers:-

The price quoted is for up to shoulder length hair.

Below shoulder length and thick hair will incur extra costs (£10 – 15)

Regrowth:-

·        The price quoted is based on up to 3 months regrowth and will incur additional costs if there is substantial regrowth (£5 – 10)

A relaxer service will not be carried out on hair that has recently been taken out of braids or weave. (Please allow at least 2 weeks). If possible, try not to scratch your scalp for at least 48 hours before your appointment.

 

Hair Extensions

If you have not booked in for a Wash & Blow Dry with your Hair extension service, please ensure you arrive with your hair washed and free from any products. (You are more than welcome to bring your choice of scalp moisturiser to be applied once your cane rows are complete).

 

Hair extensions will not be installed on hair that has been recently relaxed. Please allow about 2 weeks.

 

Weave services are priced at 3 bundles only, extra bundles are  £5 each.

 

Weave bundles which have been cut, may also incur additional charge/s.

Placement of an order

 

When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you proceed to place an order.

 

Cancelling an order

 

As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 14 days. Your refund will be credited to the exact account from which the original payment was taken from.

 

Acceptance of an Order

 

When an order is placed, you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content and prices.

 

Delivery

 

You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned and at the time relevant delivery option/s.

S R Hair Studio assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control.

 

Orders placed before 12pm will be posted the next day your selected shipment method 

Store Pick-up

 

Orders will be available for same day collection.

Once you have placed your order you will receive a text or an e.mail giving you an allocated pick-up time.  If the time is not convenient for you, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative collection time/date.

Returns policy

 

S R Hair Studio accepts returns within 14 days if the products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging with the seal intact.

 

No products may be returned to S R Hair Studio without the prior written consent of S R Hair Studio and are subject to a return charge.

 

We reserve the right to refuse customers who show aggressive and unruly behavior.

 

Photographs taken inside S R Hair Studio may be used for promotional activities. Please inform the stylists/receptionist if you would not like your photograph taken or this purpose.

 

Complaints

 

If you are unhappy with your service, please do not hesitate to speak to the stylist or management during your appointment or before you leave the salon.
